Make Gyoza (Japanese dumplings)

This cooking class for ages 12 and up will teach participants to make gyoza, a Japanese dumpling filled with pork and veggies. The class is set for 6 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, March 28, at JUMP’s Share Studio in downtown Boise. Registration ends March 26. Go to http://jumpboise.org/class-listings.
